Welcome to Manhattan Baptist
We are a local body of believers of Jesus Christ. And we gather in South Tampa to build one another up so that we can go out and be a good neighbor, share Christ with others, and make disciples (Mat 28:18-20).
Since our pastor, Pastor John Garbreana, went home to be with the Lord in late 2022, we have been led by an interim pastor. On January 7, 2024, Pastor Boe Ellis of the Tampa Bay Baptist Association has stepped in as transitional interim to help us move forward, and to look to a bright and growing future.
We have embarked on a campaign that we are calling Re-Plant. And our prayer is that you would like to join with us, and be a part of re-planting a great church in this part of the city of Tampa.
